Currently leading the strategic evolution of the Arc’teryx mobile app, where I operate at the intersection of product, brand, and business strategy. My role focuses on shaping how product strategy shows up across the organization and in market; translating complex consumer needs into clear narratives, aligned roadmaps, and cohesive digital experiences.
On a day-to-day level, that includes:
Driving end-to-end digital experience strategy across ecommerce (digital) and omnichannel (in-store) through meaningful consumer research (UX)
Partnering cross-functionally with product, brand, and leadership to align on priorities and direction (Project Management)
Converting complex initiatives into structured frameworks, executive narratives, and decision-ready materials (Strategy)
Bridging the gap between the consumer, our product offerings, and their preferred shopping journeys (Service Design)
